There’s a lot way to do excise, Zumba is just more fun!

No experience necessary, just come and have fun at Zumba! Zumba is a fitness program that blends Latin and international music with dance moves for an exciting and effective workout. With interval training, alternating fast and slow rhythms, and resistance training, Zumba provides a full-body workout that’s both fun and beneficial.

Remember to bring a bottle of water, a towel, and a pair of Zumba Toning sticks (or 1 or 2 lb weights) to class. Wear comfortable indoor workout clothes and non-marking exercise shoes. Our class is one hour long, starting with a warm-up and ending with a cool down stretch.

During the hour-long class, we’ll do Zumba, Zumba Toning, and Strong by Zumba. It’s not a dance class, it’s a party! Don’t worry about your dance abilities, just have fun and feel the music.
